再给你推荐一个好地方：天目湖. It's in Jiangsu Province, about 3 hours drive from Shanghai. It has natural hot springs, a huge bamboo forest and service was great across the board whether you stay in a big hotel or visit a small farm restaurant.

I think the quality of Chinese wine in general has a long way to go, though some vineyards (e.g. Grace) have won a few global awards. I heard it takes many generations for the vines to develop the proper flavors. Maybe it will get better with time.
