From when it was first made popular in the 1920's and 30's up to now, Moganshan has always been more popular amongst expats than with Chinese.

很高兴又看到你的留言!我还记得你好多年前来上海,送了我们一瓶Alsace的酒。高级课5月底就有了。

When you're giving hongbao in China, I think guests want their hongbao to help the newly weds cover the banquet costs. But it's also a fine balance as guests find it off-putting if newly weds randomly invite a lot of people in order to make money from the wedding reception.

First of all, congratulations! I'm sure your days are filled with sleeplessness, fatigue and incomparable joy. Our ayi started to work with us when my elder son was 2 months old. I was still on maternity leave and I spent the following 2 months taking care of the baby with her. By the time I went back to work, I knew she was very loving and caring. My parents would come to our place everyday to provide support and supervision after I went back to work. We've been very lucky with our ayi. She's been with us for 3 and half years now. I'd say you will know after 2 to 3 months whether the ayi is the right one for you and if you could trust her. After my older one turned one, it was essentially just him and the ayi during the day. I felt that there was enough trust from both sides to leave my son alone with her. But we don't let her take the kids out of the apartment complex. I don't have any recommendation for an agency. I found our ayi in an agency near where I live. If there's one nearby, give it a try. Make sure you interview tons of ayi before committing to one. I found experience and patience are the most key. I chose my ayi because she took care of 2 kids previously, each for 2 years. I thought that was a good sign. Best of luck with your hunt!
