在 and 把 usually don't appear in the same sentence. 把 is used a lot as instructions (take something and do something to it). So you can say 把房间打扫一下/clean the room.

What? Rhubarb is 大黄? I loved eating rhubarb pie in Australia. Never would have thought it's 大黄, a potent laxative used in TCM.

Yes, you can say "wǒzài dǎsǎo fángjiān", don't need to add "wǒde".

Both expressions are quite formal. We'd say 什么时候办婚礼 or 什么时候办喜酒 in daily conversations.

The expression 我听你们的 does always mean I agree with you and will do what you say at least in a specifical level. "I hear what you're saying" would be 我明白你的意思,但是......

Unless it's your relative or a close friend, you don't need to send Hongbao if you don't attend. But then, you always try your best to attend such things since it gives you social credit. Do your best to keep your AAA rating.
