Thanks, Amber!

Just a question... do Chinese people consider scientific names of animals? Or do they also have a certain nomenclature system?

Hi everybody,

I've  been first literally seduced by the cat in the hat and couldn't resist to subscribe ....  and begin, as a newbie to CPod, with the newbie level. Now just a small incursion in the elementary level to ask a question : are these two sentences equivalent ??

给我 看 看
让 我 看 一下

Tks

You can say:

你讓我看一下。

你讓我看一看。

hey wuansen!

As for me...learning 2-3 languages is an easy task only if one can manage his time. However, I primarily focus on Mandarin, taking Canto. and Korean as my "secondary language" that I'd like to study. It's not really confusing for me...how about trying it yourself?:D

안녕!

Hey Pete。Have you ever experimented the column technique with ㄅㄆㄇㄈ (注音符號)?

I guess that I'd try the column method. :D
