June 10, 2009 at 3:00 AM@frances, exactly, 果汁 is fruit juice, and 蔬菜汁 is the word for vegetable juice! Smoothie is a popular blended drink, I think 果汁 is ok.

June 9, 2009 at 8:46 AM@sydcarten, that's exactly what my grandma told me, she kept telling me 别吃了，要上火的！"bié chī le，yào shànghuǒ de" when I was enjoying my durians. I could still remember the day I ate so much durians, and throwed everything up in the midnight! My mother was totally pissed off, because she had to clean the bathroom! LOL !I can still recall her face! haha!

One month ago, my aunt took me to a Thai restaurant called Guangzhoujiaoye "广州蕉叶", the restaurant enjoys great popularity here in Shanghai. And I did have a lot of their great food. I think they know very well how to cook fruit! 我很喜欢！

June 9, 2009 at 5:45 AM@xuchen,我也喜欢木瓜奶茶，木瓜，papaya! 你说得已经很好了！把“包括水果” 改成 “包括水果味”，还有最后一句，你可以说“至今我都不敢再去那个小店”, 对啊！吃木瓜可以丰胸，但是木瓜口味的奶茶肯定没有效果的！I think I need to get a blender tomorrow and blend mango and papaya, then mix with some yogurt, 肯定很棒！
@cinese, it's common in China, "分梨” pronounces the same as "分离", so we Chinese would never share a pear with you.

Actually, having a Tem-8 doesn't mean one's English(speaking, listening) is outstanding, the exam is targeted to certain knowledge, like British history and literature, linguistics, lexicology, syntax etc. So, don't be surprised to find someone with a tem-8, but can not speak fluent English.
