In the upper left part of the map are the characters 上海地铁地图 shang4hai3 di2tie3di4tu2. I guess di2tie3di4tu2 would be the proper name for a subway map :)

I'm not the right one to answer your question but I got an idea when I read it. I just arrived from an 8 day trip in China. I frequently heard the chinese say
人太多了 ren2 tai4 duo1 le5 There's too much people (ren2 is a noun)
and
太热了 tai4 re4 le5 It's too hot (re4 is an adjective).
I also remember my chinese friend say 蚊子太多了 wen2zi5 tai4 duo1 le5 Too much mosquitoes (wen2zi5 is a noun).
With this in mind I guess 风太多了 feng1 tai4 duo1 le5 would be and intelligible pattern (since feng1 is a noun), but I might be all wrong...

It didn't work for me either, but thanks to antony I managed to fix it, somehow. Don't ask me how... I suppose you could post a screendump here and someone may be able to understand the error.

There is a little mistake in your pin1yin1. I think it should be Sheng4dan4jie2 ni3 xiang3 zen3me5 guo4? I can't explain the grammar but I think you can piece it together with a few hints:
过年 guo4nian2 [verb] to celebrate chinese new year/ spring festival; spend the New Year or the Spring Festival
I guess you are familiar with 过 guo4 as an "experienced action marker" but apparently it can also mean spend, celebrate, pass, ...
I think the sentence has topic-comment structure (plz don't beat me if I'm wrong...).

Hi all. I like the new message system that is based on e-mails. However there is one problem. When I receive a reply, the text that I wrote in the first place is not attached to the message. Thus it often happends that I can't remember the context of the reply. For example;
Hi!
Tanks for the help.

It would be really helpful to have the original message attached to the reply. For example:
Hi!
Tanks for the help.
/Ike

04:00 in the middle of the night, my first night in China, the phone rang. I guessed there were some people in the street calling random hotel numbers so I didn't pick up the phone. I fell asleep. Suddenly the phone rang again. It happened three times. Then there was a nocking at my door :/ I got up and replied wei2? The housekeeper answered. I opened the door and he said good morning. My brain had a major shut-down. Good morning sir. He started to speak chinese and I understood very little. I figured he wanted to wake me up. I started with 我的中文不好. He was very nice and said something like 没问题，我懂. I managed to come out with 您的意思就是，你们想我打过电话给你们问你们给我叫醒服务。。。 Probably not the best grammar in the world, but he nodded and I said I didn't ask for the wake-up call. Apparently I said it a little wrong and he corrected my grammar. What a nice man :) He rounded off with 休息吧。 We smiled good bye and I closed the door.
A great experience :) Despite the 麻烦 I was so glad he woke me up and gave me a chance to practice what I have learned here on chinesepod. I was too excited too get back to sleep so I stayed up and wrote my diary for two hours...
