嗓子(sǎngzi) means throat or voice.
eg, 喉咙很疼。Hóulóng hěn téng.
嗓子很疼。Sǎngzi hěn téng.
他的嗓子很好。Tā de sǎngzi hěn hǎo.
她的嗓子很清楚。Tā de sǎngzi hěn qīngchu.
