鸡肫(jī zhūn) 和鸡胗 (jī zhēn) 是一样的。都是指鸡的胃。要看个人习惯，有的人习惯说鸡肫(jī zhūn) ，有的人习惯说鸡胗 (jī zhēn) 。
2. The vocab section has 凤爪 as fèng zhuǎ , but my dictionary has fèng zhǎo. 这是怎么回事？
凤爪，fèng zhuǎ 和fèng zhǎo都可以。但是说fèng zhuǎ的人更多一些。
3. 牛肚 的 "肚" 为什么读第三声， 不读第四声， 像“肚子”(dù zi) ?
用作食品的动物的胃的时候，肚要读“dǔ”。比如，猪肚zhūdǔ，牛肚niúdǔ，羊肚 yángdǔ
