Here "又" indicates expected repetition. "再" doen't have this usage.
eg,
明天又是一个晴天。
Míngtiān yòu shì yī gè qíngtiān.
下个月他又要去北京了。
Xià ge yuè tā yòu yào qù Běijīng le.

"十五 楼， 二零零六 室" is correct.

Good question!
Here, “也yě” doesn't mean "also, still", it's used to soft the tone. If you leave out the "也"， the tone is more direct and harsh.
The following sentences have the same usage,
你也太没有礼貌了。
nǐ yě tài méiyǒu lǐmào le.
这也不能全怪你。
Zhè yě bùnéng quán guài nǐ.

“解雇”和“炒鱿鱼”的意思是一样的，公司让一个员工离开的理由是员工业绩不好或是违反了规定。
还有一个词是“裁员”，通常是公司的生意不好，出现了财政困难或是遇到了经济危机等等。

没错，“先到先办制”是个很好的制度。
下岗有炒鱿鱼的意思。但是“下岗”是一个比较特殊的词，一般用在国有企业改革的时候，因为员工太多，需要精简很多员工。
比如：他的父母都下岗了。
（从这个句子里，我们可以知道1.他的父母原来是国有企业的员工; 2.他的父母丢掉了工作.）
