"打开" can't be used as a noun. So you can't say"谢谢你的打开。"

“someone's performance at work” is 工作业绩gōngzuò yèjì or 工作表现gōngzuò biǎoxiàn.
"assess someone's performance at work" is "评价业绩píngjià yèjì".

"游泳" is a separable word. It's composed of a verbal element"游" and an object"泳".
I danced for 3 hours.
我跳了三个小时的舞。
Wǒ tiào le sān ge xiǎoshí de wǔ.
I swam for 3 hours.
我游了三个小时的泳。
Wǒ yóu le sān ge xiǎoshí de yǒng.

“搬家bānjiā” is to move house. “搬办公室bān bàngōngshì” is to move office.
I'm moving office.
我们要搬办公室。
Wǒmen yào bān bàngōngshì.

The pattern of "给+我+verb" has two different meanings. One is "do sth for me" , just like "谢谢你给我打开". The other is to give a command, like "给我闭嘴", it's impolite and rude. The context and speaker's voice will tell which it is implying.
"给复印出来" is "给+verb", it's different from the "给+我+verb"" pattern. It just means "to do sth", "给" doesn't have an actual meaning. And This pattern is commonly used in spoken language.
For example,
给我开一下门，好吗？
给我走开！
这个坏了，麻烦你给修一下。
