If there isn't a number after 这, the measure word is unnecessary. eg, "这车是谁的？" and "这辆车是谁的？" are both ok.

“又yòu” and “再zài” both mean "again". But “又yòu” is used to describe a finished action, “再zài” is used to describe an unfinished action.
For example,
他今天又来了。Tā jīntiān yòu lái le. He came again today.
我明天再来。Wǒ míngtiān zài lái. I'll come again tomorrow.
And, you can't use “再” in this sentence "他又破世界记录了。"
But you can say, 他想再破世界记录。Tā xiǎng zài pò shìjiè jìlù. He wants to break the world record again.

啦(la) is the combination tone of 了(le) and 啊(a). When using 啦， the tone and context is more casual.

也可以说：扑通、扑通、扑通跳下水。(这个比较难，很容易说错了。)

“回来上海吧！” is incorrect.
“回上海来吧！” is correct.
And you can also say 回上海吧！

写得很好，词都用对了。但是“是边框是断了！”要改成“是边框断了！” ，多了一个“是”。
我的鞋破了，总是漏水。
Wǒ de xié pò le, zǒngshì lòushuǐ.

"forensic accountant" in Chinese is "法务会计师 fǎwù kuàijìshī".
