March 4, 2009 at 11:24 PMHey,I just got a phone call from someone looking for a Janet...wrong number.The first thing that popped into my head was "你打错了”[you've dialled the wrong number],but resisted the temptation to say it out loud till I'd hung up when I just had to say it.Pretty uncommon to get a wrong number,but I really enjoyed it this time.Thanks CPod,it's sinking into subconscious,hehe.

Thanks mate and good explanation.My main problem with it is that ,while after I saw the translation I could see that it could be interpreted that way,beforehand on my own I'm not too sure which way to go with interpretation.I'm wondering if it just comes down to context or if there is a grammatical or other clue that makes it clear that my initial interpretation was always going to be wrong.I have found this on other occasions too,where I can see beforehand a couple of ways of interpreting something,and usually one ends up being right,but I'm often still wondering what made one interpretation right and the other wrong.Any further insights to this would be greatly appreciated.

Oh,sorry mate.I tested them all after posting to make sure they played and only the very first video didn't work as it said embedding was no longer available so I replaced it with one that did.So they're all working on this end.I hope they come through ok,but they were basically trailers for all the DVD's mentioned in the dialogue.I hope it works soon.Cheers :)
