bill,

Thanks for the info about the enzymes.I nearly posted the other day that they should be able to just come up with an equivalent enzymatic method.

Yao Ming Look-alike and Yi Jianlian Look-alike in the same pic.

Some East/West lookalikes here [including an Elvis one Pete]

hehe, yeah,I like the comment that if you're one in a million then there's 14 of you in Shanghai and over a thousand of you in China.[Imagine the disappointment when you think you've bumped into Jenny and her response makes you realise it's a Lina Lamont version of Jenny knee how knee how.kwx...I'm sure there could only ever be one Jenny]

Tal,

"But what if there was a Dutchman who used chopsticks"

...mate,maybe if they had used chopsticks on the Titanic instead of all that fancy cutlery they may have been able to make up for the deficit in life rafts and whipped up a few chopstick canoes:

...they'd have needed Japanese ingenuity to pull that off and they did have one Japanese passenger, one Mr Masabumi Hosono, 42, a civil servant from Tokyo.

Reminds me of that scene from Titanic where Leonardo is invited to sit at the Captains table and doesn't know how to approach all the cutlery and the lovely American lady helps him.I believe there was a dutch passenger on board [1st Class passenger Jonkheer Johan George Reuchlin],as well as 8 Chinese sailors from HK.[Interesting aside..article on if all passengers on the titanic were Chinese here]

Henning,

"you  don't need a language for developing thoughts and inferences, for transmitting moods, relating to other persons, or for building up a distinct personality. No language, no use of digital symbols whatsoever. You don't even need eye contact."

..mate,it sounds to me like you're getting way too close to them dinosaurs [kwx].
