July 9, 2010 at 11:05 PMMy favourite part of this lesson was John's explanation of the benefit to oral emphasis of using duo over hen. lol. I won't forget that in a hurry now and am keen to try it out. Can one not get a really enthusiastic grunt into hen though,hehe? Might bring back some manly sounds after being taught to speak Chinese like a lady [and I think I'd opt for some strange manly grunts over sounding strangely like a lady,hehe]
