October 8, 2010 at 1:33 PMI'm not sure I follow you. Forgive my ignorance [I've not seen one up close, and don't know much about instruments in general] but wouldn't you just tune it using the tuning pegs? Could you not then tune it by ear?

October 8, 2010 at 10:30 AMeven breaking it down , it still edits it out as faulty html. I'll have to put words inbetween.
You type ""

October 8, 2010 at 10:25 AMxiaoliang laoshi taught me the code, for posting a pic is:
To get this you just right click on a pic and copy it's url
I can't post an example because it then recognises it as html and tries to use it. That's why I've spaced it out.

October 8, 2010 at 1:47 PM因为 oops.. that should start with.."because" we are not allowed to [unless we provide a translation] as a courtesy to newbie and ellie podies. From intermediate level all conversations can be in Chinese [ but sometimes we get lazy and it's easier to discuss cultural points in English ...if only our mate xiaohu was here to give me that kick I need and get me back on track. XIAOHU, where are you?]
