。。I think a direct translation works fine here: no conscience
e.g. he obviously has no conscience . To be able to treat people like that!
Other similar words you could use are unscrupulous, unconscionable, unprincipled, conscienceless, unethical.....but these all bring in additional shades of meaning. So I think the direct translation of no conscience would be best.

Yeah, I did think of that when I mentioned google pinyin input but I didn't know how to describe my keyboard....actually, the google pinyin input comment is probably a furphy...it's probably totally dependent on the keyboard layout [and of course requires some sort of pinyin input]
