March 31, 2008 at 12:22 PMOK, this is what I think. The photo was offensive at first but I realized it's a woman's back with muscular shoulder blades appearing rather chesty. The free hand on the left is on the arch of the woman's back. The other hand with the martini glass is cuddling the other side of the woman's waist.
