肯定去隆胸了，这个里把“了”放在句子的最后，意思是新的状态产生了，也就是状态改变。

那个女的以前没隆胸，现在隆了胸，所以我们可以说她去隆胸了。

隆过胸，这个说法也是对的。

我怎么够格 means Why am I qualified, so I would say 够格 means up to standard or qualified.

When you're introducing yourself, you can say 我是家中唯一的孩子.

There's another way of saying this, which is 我是独生子 if you're a boy or 我是独生女 if you're a girl.
