August 20, 2013 at 1:01 PMNo, that wouldn't make sense. The changes are an attribute of the hometown, the hometown is not an attribute of the changes.

August 20, 2013 at 12:46 PMThey are the same and are interchangeable if the word is used in isolation meaning 'that'.
However, for compound words such as 那儿 (nàr) and 那里 (nàli) meaning 'where', or 那么 (nàme) meaning 'so' or 'like that', you cannot say 'nèi'.

August 20, 2013 at 4:25 AMI think that's being a little unreasonable. How many websites can guarantee fixes in under 12 hours? I'm not sure what the number of American users has to do with anything. Its about time people from the States experienced how the rest of the world lives. The world does not revolve around America.

August 20, 2013 at 2:55 AMConsidering most of those 12+ hours were outside business hours, I think they've done well to fix the problem within 2 hours of start of business today.

August 16, 2013 at 3:30 AMIf you could invent a new English word to explain dì jǐ ge it would probably be "whichth".
Dì yī ge means 'first', dì wǔ ge means 'fifth', dì shí ge means 'tenth'.
Dì jǐ ge means "which one - the first, fifth, tenth, or ...?"

August 10, 2013 at 1:05 AMI just hope no-one thinks of Fenech as a role model. A teacher I know who taught him at school remembers as the biggest t__d he's ever taught, and also for doing a t__d in his classroom.

August 20, 2013 at 2:20 PMI think the question actually depends on the size of the enterprise. I think you believe that CPod is a larger concern than it is in reality.
CPod only has 'Learning consultants' based in the States, who I believe deal only with marketing. So the only thing they can deal with technical problems is to refer them back to Shanghai for addressing the following day.
But if you really wanted prompt action, why would you post the concern on the forum instead of sending an email direct to Chinese Pod support? There is no compulsion for anyone to monitor these forums at any time, let alone outside business hours. Why would someone in the States who deals with marketing be monitoring these forums?
