A small typo in the 2nd Expansion sentence:

"de hěn huá" should instead be "dì hěn huá"

A slight typo for you to fix:

In the Vocabulary (including the PDF), you need to change the translation of 强 from stong to strong.

I think that is really what it means here. I believe it just comes down to the choice of translation.

There are many characters that take on a neutral tone as the trailing character in certain words. This is one of those examples.

A question about that:

Yellowbridge gives the following sample sentence for liángkuài:

我想进村林子里去凉快一下

下点雨会使我们感到凉快一些

咱们去吃点冰淇淋凉快凉快吧

In these sentences 凉快 seems to be being used as a verb meaning 'to cool off".
