Get your point, but I think here the proper translation for "闹" should be "给你". If we only look at the dialogue script and take “那，慢，多少钱？" into the translation, people probably can get another meaning of this sentence: It's more like that customer in dialogue is thinking of something or have a doubt on the price before he said "慢", 'cause "那" means "那么/then". But in the original dialogue, that doubt is come after he gave his money and "慢".
Shanghainese "闹" is frequently been used when you want to have other's attention, it always come with actions, such as giving, pointing, showing, etc. But in Chinese Mandarin these is no such a word can be used as this wide. We can find "给你 or 给/giving", "这儿 or 那儿/pointing", "看 or 瞧/showing" in Mandarin, for the meaning of "闹" in Shanghainese. So, here in this dialogue it's better to use it as ”给你".

"万" in Shanghainese is pronounced as /ve/, like the first part of English word 'very'. So you just simply add numbers to this "万".
1万 /yʌ/ /ve/
10万 /sʌ/ /ve/
100万 /yʌ/ /bʌ/ /ve/
1000万 /yʌ/ /tsi/ /ve/

1. From 11pm to 5am of next day, taxi fee will be 20-25% higher.
2. Take FaPiao every time and DON't forget any of your belongings when you get off.
3. Tell taxi driver how you gonna pay, cash or card, before he flip that metre machine.
4. Illegal taxi or taxi driver will insist on accepting only by cash when you've already told him you gonna pay with a transportation card.
5. Learn some Shanghainese.

June 9, 2010 at 9:54 AMThere is no difference between 下一位 and 下面一位, same in Shanghainese, 吾一位 and 吾头一位. But 吾头一位 used more often, which is equivalent to 下面一位 in Mandarin.
