October 15, 2020 at 2:35 PMIt's very normal to add the interjections even in formal situations. Most of them have emphatic purposes, so if you don't include them in you speech, you might sound a bit unnatural. In addition, interjections are not fillers, they actually mean something in the sentence, and without them, the sentences would not make sense or have a total change in meanings.
