April 12, 2010 at 04:21 PM posted in General Discussion.. for the last couple of days I've been re-directed to the login page every time I try to get on. It didn't used to be this difficult.

They fixed it last night, I will be testing on it today - let me know if anything else with this Remember Me thing crops up!

The problem seems to have cleared up when the Dashboard came online.

There was a change recently with our login process and I have also found that the "Remember Me" function is not working consistently at the moment between sessions. I have put in a bug report to get it checked out.
Is that generally the problem everyone is experiencing now? Remember Me forms not staying remembered?
If anyone is experiencing any other log in issues please email me right away: support@praxislanguage.com

I agree. Their back end looks a little big in what they're currently wearing.

Or not. Clearly they are doing a massive site upgrade (dashboard) and have changed something in the back end which has affected the cookies.
Cpod: it would really really help stop speculation if when these sort of posts pop up anyone from your staff could just post even a "thanks, we're investigating" post. Ta.

I've been having the same problem..obviously Cpod has changed the login procedure but they've remained quiet as to why.

I have spent several hours tinkering with the browser settings in "security" and "privacy" sectors using IE and FF on several computers. I did get back to where it fills in the username and password but I still have to click "log in" every time. It used to go straight in but suddenly it stopped and would not even populate the username and password fields. It is just a matter of some common sense trial and error changes but obviously something has changed. Each browser version is different but pay mind to the settings that allow passwords to be saved and be careful what your browser is set to delete upon each exit.

Now I can see why the rest of the world sometimes finds Australians irritating. :)

Regaring the actual topic: I am still utterly unaffected (Firefox). But the login seems to be longer valid on the mobile site.

那些都是从维基百科复制过来的东西!其实还有更厉害的,简直不敢相信,你看一看!

OK baba, I know how you're turning them upside down, but RJ's all look like proper Latin letters. How did he do it?

Hi rjberki
I'm just slow. Now I understand what language your message is written in.

Ditto, almost. The login page does not memorize my username, but then once my username is entered it remembers my password. But I emptied all my cookies recently, to solve another problem, and encouraged Changye to do the same. It seems that new cookies have not yet eventuated?

In my case, the login page doesn't memorize my username and password recently.

No help, but the same thing has been happening to me on Mac 10.6.x (Safari) and Windows 7 (Chrome). No big deal, but both machines used to remember that no problem.
