There was a technical error with getting the newest lessons into your dashboard and feed. We are investigating the issue right now and will get a fix out today.

Go Saints! What a turn-around for that team and more importantly that city.

The ChinesePod e-voucher is now functioning the same way as the Praxis voucher : upon redemption the cash value is deposited into your account - with no accompanying change to your subscription type.

@ancalagon

Hi ancalagon, we apologise for any confusion. The Praxis vouchers and e-vouchers work as suxiaoya has explained, adding credit to your account that can be used towards whichever subscription type you wish (on ChinesePod, SpanishPod, FrenchPod or ItalianPod).

However, we have a brand new system for ChinesePod e-vouchers, which cannot yet be used as flexibly (this we have just discovered, our apologies again). A 6-month Premium ChinesePod e-voucher can be used only for a 6-month Premium ChinesePod subscription, for example. We realize that this is pretty user un-friendly so we are now fixing it so the Chinesepod e-voucher can be used the same as the Praxis Voucher (once redeemed the amount will be deposited into the account if there is no active subscription).

Accordingly, anyone that has redeemed the voucher and has had any unexpected problems please contact me at support@praxislanguage.com and we'll get you sorted out.

Just to re-iterate: currently the Praxis voucher is the most flexible and works as suxiaoya mentioned (and sounds like the product you may be interested in); the Chinesepod voucher is being fixed to deposit funds if the redeemer has an existing subscription.

@ancalagon

Actually - the way our current e-voucher system works is that if you are on an existing subscription and redeem a "subscription-based voucher" (i.e. ChinesePod 12 month Premium) your remaining credit value from your previous subscription is deposited into your account for future use and you are switched over to your voucher subscription.

For the most flexible voucher I would recommend purchasing a "Praxis-subscription Voucher", as this voucher will directly desposit the cash value into your account (on top of whatever subscription you are currently on).

@Scarlett, welcome and thankles for the community advocating and pitching in with answering some of the poddies questions to customer support.

@Matt, had a pleasant surprise seeing your grinning mug on the TV over the weekend pitching the show! :) Haha, you show those crabs whose boss.
