lesson topics

Not sure if there's a conversation or something about this already,

but it may be nice to have a topic with all the suggestions from Chinese pod users for new podcast lessons.

To start with, I'd very much like a lesson about Chinese soaps or tv series (lianshiju). Which ones are the most popular, and what are they about and so on..

And maybe a discussion about the question if they're any help to learn more about Chinese culture. I find them very useful to learn spoken Chinese anyway, because there are usually a lot of dialogues in it, and the language used is often very easy to understand.
