I also first heard about Chinese Pod in the Economist. I have subscribed to the Economist for 15 years, so if they recommend something, I tend to believe them. The article was very positive, so I thought I'd check it out. I have been studying Chinese on my own for over a year, mostly using Pimsleur and was ready to move on. I like being able to learn the characters as I listen, something lacking in Pimsleur.

I've just heard this story from Chrissy, one of our Practice Plan learners, very exciting! We actually conduct 80% of our lessons via Skype which is really handy.

Hey KC,
You should add another recent piece of media coverage. It was in "that's PRD" (June) which is distributed mainly in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. This is how I first came to learn about CP and already signed up to be a premium subscriber.
Recommend you do some advertising in this mag along with it's sister editions in SH and BJ. Another good mag to advertise in is City Talk which also has local editions in China's big 3 cities.
I suppose that most of your subscribers are based in China so it would be good to get the word out more locally. All you need to do is direct readers to your site and they will quickly see the benefits of learning with CP.
Cheers to continued success!
P.S. Let me know when you go IPO 'cause I am a believer!

I'm not quite sure I agree with the reporter's analysis. Ken LIKES to use words like "reduplication." ;p
