iOS app not usable

Unfortunately, I don't sync my phone to my computer, so I can't effectively downgrade to a previous working version as others have recommended.

But since the app is essentially non-functional for most iOS users, maybe you guys can just repost an older version as an 'update' to iTunes until you have a working update to contribute? That way iPhone users can continue to use the subscription they are paying for.

Alternatively please refund our subscription, and we can consider re-subscribing when there is a working app...

I'll second it, the current condition of the app amounts to false advertising, as there is no working app. Downgrade or extend subs for free !

agreed, so buggy it hurts, (on my ipad), on an ipod touch its even worse, its a shame really

yea, there is no reason we should have to pay for an app that doesn't work properly. it seems like when they update the app they maket it worse rather than better.

Yes, I remember complaining when United did me dirt around an upgrade, and United really paid attention to that Facebook page. People actually complained, and United did something about their complaints. Even better, I tweeted about losing my upgrade, and United made a near reversal of the policy.

last year I was having the same issues with the android app. and was considering not renewing my subscription.  I have since gone apple and now the ipod app is flawed.  I won't be renewing my subscription if this doesn't get sorted quick.
