I also don't have the pinyin popup which I use all the time. Without this feature I wouldn't but Chinese Pod.

I'm not saying this as a form of melodrama or anything, but I found the pinyin popup so useful to my studying that if it doesn't come back within a few days, I am going to cancel my premium account.

If they are going to take things away from me that I found very useful in my studying, then they should reduce the price.

In fact, I might even demand a refund.  I paid for this service expecting that they would not take away tools that I consider essential for my studying.

Hmm, clearly there is a problem as everyone is complaining. Not sure why it should be working for me and no-one else, but it means it must still be there somewhere.

The Pinyin popup IS working. Have you cleared your cache as recommended?

And where did the glossary with the list of example sentences for every vocab go?

I was also surprised this morning to see the pinyin pop-up gone from Intermediate level. Please bring it back!! More options are better than less options and if people don't want to use it (or find the pop-up annoying), then it would be better that they could turn if off in the settings. Personally, this will make my study much harder and more time consuming as I will need to use another device to look up all the characters I don't know and all the characters with pronunciation that I'm not sure of. Even for those learners who are relatively fluent in reading characters, pinyin still works as a tone/pronunciation support. Not happy.

Second the comments about pinyin pop-up being removed...very surprised that this feature was eliminated.

I also miss the pinyin popup very much, on my computer and on the iPad, hope it will soon come back.

The new way of listing courses is not good.

Lots of things have recently gone wrong with the software on the this site.  It is clear that there has been some 'upgrade' which has as usual not been tested properly.

Also no notification to us the users - again as we have sadly come to expect.

I can't even see the initial posting in this thread!  Flashcards not working, pinyin pop up gone.

I thought something was odd this morning when I found that using CNTRL + to increase the text size (using Firefox) made the top line menu disappear in a lesson.
