要看context。
“你什么时候定居在德国了？” 这个句子也对，但意思不一样。
好像是很奇怪：你怎么会在德国？你什么时候来的？

I mean "How LONG have you been living in Germany", but I guess one can't modify post titles...

I've been shown how to edit your own post just recently.
Click the 'Post' tab under 'Community', then click the pencil icon on the right hand side of the post you want to edit. You can edit the title or the body of the message. You can even delete the post by clicking 'Save to Draft', then back in the list of your posts you click the trash can icon that now appears on the right hand side.
