How do I say "I dropped my cell-phone in the toilet" ?

Ha! An unfortunate situation!

我手机掉到厕所(or马桶)里了 works as well. For accidentally, you can say 不小心. In this example, it would come after 我手机.

I'd also like to know how to add the word "accidently" into the sentence to emphasise that it was a mistake.

If anyone out there knows both ways to say it, that would be great
