zhìshēnshìwài ，yòng yī gè pángguānzhě de yǎnguāng lái kàndài zhèxiē fánzá de sīxù ，kàn zhe tāmen qǐmiè ，dàn bù zuò rènhé pànduàn ，rènpíng sīxù láiqù jiù hǎo ，bù yào gēnsuí sīxù yóuzǒu ，zhùyìlì róuhé de zhuānzhù zài yīdiǎn 。

Try and remove yourself from things, and try to look at these complex emotions from the perspective of an observer, watch them as they form and extinguish, but don't make any judgements, just let them come and go, and don't follow them as they go, set your focus gently on one spot.

上片确实离愁别绪多，不过还不能一概而论，作者的意思是他想要离开繁杂的人间回到他逍遥的月宫，可是又想着月宫中应该十分冷清，不如留在人间，一样可以在月光下潇洒地起舞弄清影，此时他的情绪是矛盾的。

shàng piàn quèshí líchóu biéxù duō ，bùguò hái bùnéng yīgàiérlùn ，zuòzhě de yìsi shì tā xiǎngyào líkāi fánzá de rénjiān huí dào tā xiāoyáo de yuè gōng ，kěshì yòu xiǎng zhe yuè gōng zhōng yīnggāi shífēn lěngqīng ，bùrú liú zài rénjiān ，yīyàng kěyǐ zài yuèguāng xià xiāosǎ de qǐwǔnòngqīngyǐng ，cǐ shí tā de qíngxù shì máodùn de 。

The first part does indeed have a lot of the sorrowful sentiment of parting, however you can't lump it all in together. The author means that he wants to leave the complexity of the human world and return to the freedom of the palace on the moon, but he is also thinking that the palace on the moon will be quite cold and cheerless, so he'd be better off in the world, where he can dance freely under the moonlight, so at this point he is feeling ambivalent.
