Ten years ago I made good experiences with changing money at a 黄牛. I met him north People's Square in Shanghai. But he's no longer there.

After a lot of recent bad experiences with ATM (limit 2500 RMB, did not accept the password, did not accept any of my credit cards at all from one day to another) I'd like to know where to find a (good and reliable) 黄牛 in Shanghai or Beijing these days...

Thanks a lot, very interesting topic! I'd like to hear/learn more about the educational system in China!

Some suggestions:

- elite schools

- professional schools

- ranking system

- subjects beeing taught

- amount of homework

- extra lessons

- teachers (daily life at school, how to become a teacher, reputation, salary, ...)

(我也当老师... ;-) )

Hi Connie,

I think I remember that "请" in front of "让一下" would sound very strange ... Now that you use it I'm a little bit confused. Should one use / not use "请"?

I don't agree ... 3 weeks before going to China with a big group where everyone asks about how to use a cell phone / how to get a SIM card in China I find these information veryuseful - thanks a lot, perfect timing!

(As a father) I enjoyed this lesson but I have one request to the speakers: could you please leave A LITTLE BREAK BETWEEN TWO SENTENCES according to the situations? It would give me a moment to reflect the previous sentence, to enjoy the background sound and atmosphere and make the whole scene even more realistic.
TNX.
