Dear Team,

If my mouse inadvertly pass on a paid content, a window saying that this is a premium content pops up and I vcannot get rid of it. This happens in every lesson and is quite frustrating. Any way to solve that?

Thanks

Hi Cpod Team,

Thanks for the lesson and answering my question.

I guess a good translation of 人民币汇率上升 would be: Renminbi is appreciating.

I appreciate you helping me to increase my Chinese level!

Best

Very surprised indeed!

Actually, the 瑞朗 is currently one of the strongest currency. Switzerland is geographically in the middle of Europe, but is politically not part of the European Union and do not belong to the Euro zone (but you can still come visit Switzerland with a Shengen visa). The Swiss Franc or CHF is still used in Switzerland and is the official currency!!!!

Dear Team,

I have been following Qing Wen for years now and take this opportunity to thank you for your work.

What about a lesson on the different translations of the verbs increase and decrease? There are numerous Chinese words for these two verbs, for example 股票价格上涨、攀升、暴涨、下跌、下滑、下降、猛跌 etc. Which one to use in which context?

Please keep Qing Wen as something focused on grammar and language. Chinese cultural subjects are nice but can be treated in other type of lessons.

Thanks and kind regards

Dear Chinesepod,

I do agree with Dave, it is more than one year now, and the PDF is still not up to date. it is a pity as the voc in this lesson is quite unique and is not going to appear in other subjects. What is happening?

The corresponding system in Europe of the Chinese Union Pay is called Maestro or Plus with a kind of blue diamond as logo. It is what we use in Europe and is accepted in the ATMs of a lot of different countries in Asia, including China.
