here are few more examples:
流浪汉【liúlànghàn】 a homeless person
流浪【liúlàng】 roam about; lead a vagrant life
狂汉【kuánghàn】 a mad person
狂【kuáng】 mad; crazy; violent; wild; unrestrained; arrogant; overbearing.
好汉【hǎohàn】 brave man; true man; hero.
There was a saying by Chairman Mao:
"不到长城非好汉【bùdàochángchéngfēihǎohàn】 He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man.

廚=出的諧音
廣東話他=佢
具=佢普通話的發音
通常用的量詞是"個"
這裡用的是"趟"
燙是"趟 "的諧音
手是人體器官
"講完舒服哂"是個Brain teaser
所以答案=廚具燙手
