The last expansion says "its 5 to 9 o clock", ive never in my life heard anybody say "o clock" when making such a statement.

@ ccclim - Get a life pal, you really are a big girl if you get offended so easily, and to compare chinese pod lessons to a BBC news broadcast is ridiculous.

Hi,

Some of the explanations seem very basic for this level. Explanations of "mei2" and "le", surely they dont require explanation at this stage?

hello,

" suàn le, wǒ bù mǎi le"

According to the expansion information this sentence is future tense. What make it "im not going to buy" and not "i didnt buy"

Thank you in advance

Use of "le"

Hi guys,

In the sentences " wǒmen méiyǒu zhǐ le " and " māma qù mǎi kuàizi le " what purpose does the le serve?
