December 8, 2009 at 2:31 AMi have lived in china for 6 years and the thing that amazes me is that there is no insulation in the buildings which makes all forms of heating and cooling inadequate...put this together with completely inadequate plumbing and you have the normal chinese home where the winds blow straight through the windows...when talking about china i never use the word comfortable..convenient ..sure but never comfortable ..when i sit in a restaurant freezing and choking from smoke inhalation and trying to dodge watching people spit everywhere on the floor i never think that it could be so comfortable ..most of the words that come to mind are unrepeatable

November 6, 2009 at 9:33 AMit seems in china that only the children are being taught about festivals like halloween....it is good as it gives them some different activities which from..study..study..study...and as a kinder teacher in china it is sad to see kids work so hard...and great to see them having some fun...it is all good

October 23, 2009 at 12:46 AMi would like some input on using ba at the end of sentnces...or after words..and how this effects their meaning.....as chinese seem to use the ba at the end of the sentence or statement all the time..with alot of different meanings
