You cannot put 'ma' at the end of this sentence.  The question is implied by 还是 háishì .  You use háishì to mean 'or' when you are asking questions.

疼-is used generally more to refer to an ache/ a smaller degree of pain. For example, you could use 疼 to say you have a slight headache.

痛- Is used when you want to describe a feeling that is far more painful. Eg. I have a splitting headache - or referring to a heartbreak.

They both mean the same things - "wait a while/moment" however 您稍等 is a more polite way of saying it.

"sài" as in 比赛 (bǐsài) is used to refer to competitions/races. 游戏 yóu xì is used when talking about games eg. board games, or online games.
