Wow! This is a very spicy comments section - not what I was expecting. I suspect mmysdf is an agent of a Chinesepod competitor trying to undermine the organisation (in which case it's a pretty pathetic effort) or perhaps more intriguingly this is a double bluff by Chinesepod and the gripes of mmysdf are aimed specifically at precipitating the avalanche of glowing praise that has ensued. Very entertaining either way, but not exactly relevant to the lesson!
