那样 and 这样 are usually used before verbs, whereas 那么and 这么 are used before adjectives

例句 li4ju example sentence:

你对他那么好干嘛(你呀)? ni2 dui4 ta1 na4me hao3 gan4ma (ni3 ya- superfluous) what are you doing treating her so well?

我对他这么好跟你有什么关系? wo3 dui4 ta1 zhe4me hao3 gen1 ni3 you3 shen2me guan1xi what's me treating her so well got to do with you?

我是你老婆啊!wo3 shi4 ni3 lao3po2 a I'm your wife!

哦! 对了，我一时给忘了 o4! dui4le, wo3 yi1(or4)shi2 gei3 wang4 le oh! that's right, i forgot for a moment.

both also act to qualify space

zhe2me indicates close proximity

na4me indicates projection to another space from the space of the speaker.

very good question with a surprising answer. ned himself knew no chinese, but his best friend joe byrne and fellow kelly gang member could speak cantonese. he could often be found smoking opium with some chinese gold miners in the district

ps joe byrne, after he was shot in the groin at the glenrowan pub, was tied to and hung on the plod station door at benalla for all to see.

hehe 经济学家 is an academic, whilst 经济顾问 is a consultant. a sneaky suspicion you already know this and that i am now currently having my guts pulled out. i can see the bowl of beer batter to my left and the deepfryer to my right. ;-)

i've got grey hair too mate, but i'm still waiting for my promotion to bricklaying consultant.

haha, no i haven't come back riding a donkey. Given a choice, i'd come back riding a purple buffalo and spouting great words of wisdom hehe.

the lad riding a horse in my avatar is ned kelly. the painting by sydey nolan c1947 is one of a series of paintings eulogising a great fighter for justice and egalitarian values. however, there are those who regard him as nothing less than a thief and murderer, no prizes for guessing which end of society adheres to that point of view, hehe.

hehe,spin is just another word used for propaganda, they both exhibit the same qualities and serve the same purpose. however due to cold-war sensitivities and the need for politicians to distance themselves from any notions of nationalisation and communism, such creatures are now called spin doctors.

not knowing the formal chinese translation for such creatures who's souls can be bought, i've previously called them 宣传顾问。
