October 29, 2007 at 5:36 AM基底＝ｆｕｎｄｕｓ， ｆｕｎｄｕｓ到底是甚麼意思？ 課文里的用法 ”而且用意大利濃縮咖啡做基底．．．” 能不能說： 麻婆豆腐基底材料當然是豆腐和辣醬嘛．或是： 麻婆豆腐最基本材料就是豆腐和辣醬． 不一樣的目標消費群－這詞語在對話ｔａｂ有問題． 那個ｐｏｐｕｐ ｗｉｎｄｏｗ 的定義是ｔｏ ｃｏｎｓｕｍｅ 但是我以為消費是ｔｏ ｃｏｎｓｕｍｅ． (That coffee shop is for a different target consumer group.)
