今天要做完这些事的话. It's not “要是....的话”，it's more like ：今天（如果）要做完这些事的话” Here 要 means "need, must", not "if".

You're right, That should be 冰激淩 (bīngjīlíng) or 冰淇淋 (bīngqílín), but not 冰激淋. Fixed!
