Glad you liked the show. We are trying to mix different levels, sometimes we need to refresh our Chinese grammar. We enjoy recording them so I think it shows.

I agree with you 100%！ I think the impact we have on the enviornment by not eating meat makes a big difference. I stopped eating meat six months ago and I feel great. I am not against eating meat, I am just against the indusrty.

Living in Shanghai I have been to several Mexican restaurants and usually they call the quesadilla 玉米饼.

There are actually several good Mexican places in Shanghai. Agave,El Mexicano and Maya.

As Jenny said in KFC the burrito was introduced and in fact all the tortillas (the wraps) are made by Maseca, a Mexican company.

I loved the architecture part. It's great to hear how Shanghai is changing and how much it's evolved.

I think beign an architect in China is not easy, you have to please the client, but sometimes because of the cultural differences they might ask very different stuff, that might compromise the original design. Takes a lot of courage to be an architect in China! Congrats to Sebastien.
