We have actually intentionally been looking for a male native speaker. But the ratio of Chinese men with relevant experience or skills is so much lower than that of women. For every 10 female candidates we get, we get 1 male. But the search is still on.

武术 is definitely most commonly used to refer to martial arts in general on the mainland. For example, martial arts schools here are all called "武术学校" rather than "功夫学校".

“雷人” 是荒唐的意思。最恰当的用法是当你看到或听到什么让你觉得吃惊、不可思议、觉得很傻、很可笑的事情时,比如 “Lady Gaga的打扮很雷人。”

与 (與)is a formal word that means "and" or "with". You can essentially see it as the formal version of 和。It's used mostly in formal speeches (such as 请与我们联系, which is quite a formulaic sentence used in business contexts). 与 (與)is also used in written language, e.g. the book "War and Peace" is translated as "战争与和平".

"Standing in a nice low horse stance" is "蹲马步”/dūn mǎbù.

The little rooftop cafe at our office had 2 weeks of booming business when they did 团购。But now, it is empty and I suspect people will ever come back for the same food that they once paid 20% of the price for.

Which page is this occurring? I tried the dashboard and lessons page. They both work for me. Can you post a link to the problem page? Thank you!

劝 means to urge or strongly suggest. It doesn't mean insist.

So there is no similar dancing scene elsewhere? I've always found it fascinating that ordinary Chinese people, and middle-aged ones to be precise prefer ballroom dancing to Chinese dance.
