遇到 is also a common word to mean "to bump into". But it's slightly more formal than 碰见 or 碰到.

While 约会 was used to mean different types of appointments, in modern vernacular, it almost exclusively refers to dating.

You can use 约 to mean "have an appointment", e.g. 我约了朋友、我约了看医生、我约了客户。

"To make an appointment" is 我想预约, but 预约is only used in contexts where a commercial transaction will take place, e.g. make a restaurant reservation or doctor's appointment. For other purposes such as to make an appointment to see a client, use 约,我想约个时间。

“动作” refers to specific actions or movements. “行为” refers more to behavior.
