alworcs: Shanghainese（上海話）: nong ho is written as 儂好(nong2 hao3). However, 儂 is a 上海話only character. dze wei is written as 再會(zai4hui4). xia ya is still written as 謝謝(xie4xie4) ma gui xi? is written as 沒關係（mei2guan1xi4) we: a la, according to wikipedia is written as 阿拉? Cantonese: pls. see my previous posts.

If it's ok, I can give some examples of differences in written and spoken廣東話: Written Cantonese is Cantonese which uses the same character set as Mandarin. note: pinyin words with numbers are the mandarin pronunciation. 我們(ngo mun;wo3men5;I don't know how to label the tone number sorry) in spoken 粵語 is 我哋(ngo dei). 多謝（duo1xie4;do ze) in spoken 粵語 is 唔該使 (m goi sai). 我是華菲。 （ngo si waa fei;wo3shi4hua2fei1; I am Chinese-Filipino) in spoken 粵語 is 我係華菲(ngo hai waa fei) negation in spoken canto is not done by 不(bu4; bat)。 it's done by writing 唔 (wu2;m). 對不起(dui4buqi3;deoi bat hei) in spoken canto is 對唔住(deoi m zyu) 的 in 我的；你的；他的 is 嘅(kai3;ge) 他，它，她 in spoken canto. only has 1 character to represent all of it : 佢(qu2;keoi)
