In the expansion sentence:

(I'll buy half a pound's worth.)

Shouldn't that be half a kilogram?

Oops, its a given name, not a surname. Does that make a difference?

A question from the dialog:

According to MDBG and Yellowbridge, the character 燕 is pronounced with a first tone when used as a surname, and only takes a 4th tone when used to mean "a swallow".

Is the mouseover pinyin incorrect?

That happens when you paste directly from Word.

To paste from Word, use the 'Paste From Word' button (7th button across with the blue W.)

In the dialog, shouldn't yāo be written    instead of  ?

What sort of people would laugh at someone just because they are left-handed? What sort of indoctrination have they undergone, and what other prejudices do they hold?
