Shouldn't that be half a kilogram?

A question from the dialog:

According to MDBG and Yellowbridge, the character 燕 is pronounced with a first tone when used as a surname, and only takes a 4th tone when used to mean "a swallow".

That happens when you paste directly from Word.

To paste from Word, use the 'Paste From Word' button (7th button across with the blue W.)

In the dialog, shouldn't yāo be written  幺  instead of  一 ?
