好不好看无所谓，只要人好。(Hăo bu hăokàn wúsuŏwèi, zhĭyào rén hăo.) I don't care what he looks like. I just want a good personality.
does 人好 really mean 'good personality'? It looks to me like 'a good person'. Which is not really the same thing.

Thanks again for your help. When the Grammar Guide gets going properly, it would be good if you could have a few sample sample sentences for each nuance of words like 就, so that we can contrast and compare.

March 30, 2010 at 8:24 AMI sent a brief email to one of the spammers two days ago. In it, I explained that we are 'tired' of this situation. She wrote back saying 'I'm sorry! I don't want to made you tired!".
She added that she would stop immediately. Anyway, she was clearly feeling guilt-ridden, because she sent another email 5 minutes later saying "I'm very shamed when I read your Email. I'm so sorry about it."
I couldn't find a hole big enough.

In the 2nd line of the dialog:
等一会儿会出来的。(Dĕng yìhuĭr huì chūlai de.) It will come out in a minute.
Is this an example of the 是...的 pattern without the 是? I always get thrown by this.

What would be the best translation for the 就 in the following Expansion sentence?
他怎么心情不好就乱骂人，真是个神经病。(Tā zĕnme xīnqíng bù hăo jiù luàn màrén, zhēnshì ge shénjīngbìng.) How can he scold people for no reason whenever he's in a bad mood? He's really crazy.
Also, regarding the Expansion Sentence:
我不喜欢奶油小生。(Wŏ bù xĭhuan năiyóu xiăoshēng.) I don't like little girly guys.
Online dictionaries translate 小生 as "younger male role in Chinese opera". I'm wondering therefore if it carries the connotation of "sissy" here (CPod's definition is 'little boy'. In other words, would you use it in situations other than when you are questioning a guy's masculinity?
