June 21, 2008 at 7:19 PMI heard one audio book of Harry Potter on a trip to Berlin...since then I somehow got hold of the other books and even have the audio book version of the last one (Harry Potter and the deathly Hollows).
What about a Pirates of the Carribean lesson? I´d like to have the chinese terms for "Johoho and a bottle of Rum", "Bloody Pirates", "Octopus" and "Palee" and not to forget the "Kapern" (we steel this ship? Kapern (!) that´s a nautic term! We kaper that ship!)

June 13, 2008 at 8:05 PMIf a moscito is in my room I use glass (or something similar) and a piece of paper and catch it. I place the glass somewhere on the ground and usually I forget to take it outside at the next morning and let it go, so it dies after some days...But if you prefer the "tennis racket" keep in mind you have to press the button for a while to be sure it killed it...if it starts stinking you know it is dead ;-)

June 6, 2008 at 2:21 PMhmmm, I had this problem with the youtube vid Jenny posted in todays lesson (nice vid, still waiting for a link to the full anime...). maybe you have to reload the page... I did it (with the you tube vid), started the vid, pressed the play/pause button after the first picture came up, waited until it was loaded and it worked....

it´s probabaly better to just watch them online.
It takes only seconds to load (at least for me (in Germany) using a dsl 2000 line )
