why do you add “能” in the first part “真巧，能在这里碰上你” can you have it without the “能”?

how do you say "I only said a few words, and you got angry":

我只说一些话，就让你生气 (wǒ zhǐ shuō yì xiē huà, jiù ràng nǐ shēng qì)

这样说可以吗

我想喝另外一杯 (wǒ xiǎng hē lìng wài yì bēi)

The first is like drink an addition glass and the second one is like a different one?

”都“这个词是不是必须的
