June 18, 2008 at 8:38 AM现在在各大卖场、连锁超市、商场，“禁塑令”的实施还是很到位的。但是在农贸市场，大多数的商贩和市民都无法完全做到这一点。其主要原因是缺少替代品。如果不能使用市民会感觉给日常生活带来了不便，而有偿使用则增加了购物成本。另一方面，商贩也会担心因收费而影响了生意。
所以希望环保型替代品能早日出现。
